Tributary, San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter’s artisan restaurant will host a special Bourbon Dinner featuring Balcones Whiskey and Dean & Peeler Steaks on Friday, September 30 starting at 6 PM.

Balcones Whiskey and Dean & Peeler are local, South Texas-businesses with a dedication to their premium crafts.
The evening’s menu, curated by Tributary’s Chef Ben Annotti, features five courses, including Dean & Peeler steaks, plus pairings of Balcones spirits with each course.

- Tortelloni: Sourdough tortelloni, bone broth, chestnuts

- Beef Tartare: Ancho, tallow & green peppercorn “candle”
- Paired with “Texas Gold Rush” featuring Balcones Baby Blue
- Smoked Short Rib: “Popcorn” grits, roasted apple mole
- Paired with “Roasted Apple Old Fashioned” featuring Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon
- Caramelized Honey Budino: Tallow, earl grey sorbet, five spice cherries
- Paired with Balcones Mirador
The menu is $125 per person and reservations can be made on Tributary’s OpenTable.
